Founder and Owner of AI Majaz Consulting Engineering, one of the few specialized A/E firms in Healthcare design in Saudi Arabia. With Over 30 years of professional experience in healthcare design and construction, of private and governmental projects, I was the lead designer and project manager of many successful and distinctive projects all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Before resigning from Ministry of Health, I was the Head of the design team that was responsible for the design of a 150 Bed General Hospital, a prototype model that was built in many locations in the Kingdom besides it was the first complete hospital project to be designed in house.
Over 30 years of professional experience in the healthcare design and urban planning fields. This experience includes private and governmental sectors’ projects in Egypt, USA and Saudi Arabia. Specialty focused on programming, planning, design, construction documents and project management that covered a wide range of projects specially hospitals, health centers, and support services.
Over 31 years of professional experience in the field of architecture, the experience includes site supervision a execution of low rise and high rise projects, also included in experience the design the coordination applauding shop drawings cost estimate and preparing quotation and also involved in first stage of hospital schematic design concept.
