Al Majaz Consulting Engineering was established in 1994, by a group of highly educated engineers with over 20 years’ experience in producing the highest standards of design, supervision and production of hospital and healthcare facilities. Our office insures consistent achievements of modern, scientific advances. Only engineering designs of the highest stand- ards are used.
Al Majaz Consulting Engineering concentrates on the technological and environmental aspects of a project’s design. By combining modern techniques with creativity, a balance is achieved, producing economic buildings, distinguished in both shape and operational efficiency. During the design stages, in-depth studies are done to not only enhance design, but to reduce costs as well. Our admin- istrative and technical staff attend ongoing training classes and have access to an architectural library which is continually updated. Due to excellent professional services, Al Majaz clients put their trust in our firm. Many are repeat clients, who recommend our services to others, thus giving us a strong, stable clientele. Al Majaz has gained international experience through collaboration with some of the best American and European architec- tural and engineering firms. Currently, we are implementing a number of projects in the kingdom. During our firm’s journey, in existence now for more than 20 years, we are proud of the many projects we have completed, including the following: A number of the Ministry of Health hospitals and the private sector, such as the general hospital in Arar, Maternity and Pediatric Hospital in Rafha; expansion of the King Khalid Eye Specialized Hospital and the Armed Forces Hospital of Prince Mansour in Al Hadan, Taif. As for the private sector, Hayat Hospital in Khamis Mushayt, Alzafer Hospital in Najran, Obaid and Aljazeera hospitals in Riyadh and many others, as well as many one-day surgery centers, polyclinic and health centers. The goal of Al Majaz Consulting Engineering is to consistently provide reliable engineering consultations in the field of medical services, as well as other fields in general. Founder and Owner of AI Majaz Consulting Engineering, one of the few specialized A/E firms in Healthcare design in Saudi Arabia. With Over 30 years of professional experience in healthcare design and construction, of private and governmental projects, I was the lead designer and project manager of many successful and distinctive projects all over the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Before resigning from Ministry of Health, I was the Head of the design team that was responsible for the design of a 150 Bed General Hospital, a prototype model that was built in many locations in the Kingdom besides it was the first complete hospital project to be designed in house.
Over 30 years of professional experience in the healthcare design and urban planning fields. This experience includes private and governmental sectors’ projects in Egypt, USA and Saudi Arabia. Specialty focused on programming, planning, design, construction documents and project management that covered a wide range of projects specially hospitals, health centers, and support services.
Over 31 years of professional experience in the field of architecture, the experience includes site supervision a execution of low rise and high rise projects, also included in experience the design the coordination applauding shop drawings cost estimate and preparing quotation and also involved in first stage of hospital schematic design concept.
